In a heartbeat, our personal and business worlds have collided into an unprecedented time of uncertainty that has many of us feeling we are living a sci-fi nightmare.    We are getting bombarded with non-stop information that is constantly changing.  It is not only hard to keep up, it is also difficult to determine if the sources are actually reliable.

Government Funding and Support:

This past week the Alberta Government announced the provision of immediate funding and supportive measures to support local businesses, employers and employees.   

For timely and accurate information, visit the Government of Alberta for all Alberta updates and the Government of Canada for all across Canada updates.

In addition, the Government of Alberta has developed a set of 10 workplace posters in hopes of helping to prevent the spread.  These COVID-19 awareness posters cover topics that include:

The Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) has developed a Business Continuity Plan  for organizations to continue functioning during or after an emergency, disaster or event.
